The Tarbiya Department had the opportunity to table at the University of Houston MSA General Body Meeting—and alhamdulillah, it was a huge success!
We had an amazing turnout and were able to engage with a wide variety of students. The table was full of energy, with interactive games like basketball and spin-the-wheel drawing students in and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Beyond the games, we had meaningful conversations with students about what MAS is and the vision behind our work. Many shared their personal needs and interests, and our team worked to connect them with the perfect Halaqah groups tailored to their journeys. It was a wonderful chance to meet new faces, strengthen bonds, and help students find a community where they can grow spiritually and socially.
We’re excited to continue building on this momentum, insha’Allah, and to keep connecting students with the resources, mentorship, and fellowship that MAS Tarbiya has to offer.
