Summer 2025 Tarbiyah Retreat – Built Different
June 2 - June 6
This immersive retreat brings together incoming high schoolers for daily halaqas, sports, leadership workshops, and spiritual growth — all centered around the theme: “Built Different.”
Each day includes:
Morning halaqas with youth + mentors
Sports like basketball and soccer
Mini-courses on Palestine, Seerah, journaling, and leadership
Reflections, bonding, and brotherhood
Community meals + unforgettable memories
Location: Masjid Abu Bakr — with classrooms, outdoor space, showers, courts, and a track.
But this retreat is just the beginning. MAS Houston runs year-round programs for youth, families, and professionals including:
Weekly usra circles
Halaqas, lectures, and service projects
MSA mentorship and leadership training
Seasonal events and retreats

Open to incoming high school boys (via application)
Full attendance required
Financial aid available — no one is turned away
Girls’ retreat scheduled post-Eid
Counselors trained and vetted

Even if you’re not attending, you’re part of the vision. This is about building youth who lead with character, serve with purpose, and live their faith boldly.
